Now world financial crisis become one the most important and most matter of great concern themes. Many analytics, macroeconomists and scientists try to find the main causes of financial crisis. They find some similarity to Big Depression in 1930. This MBA Graduation paper aim is to reveal the impact of economic crisis on business. World economy system is created and processing using classical growth theories, but most of them do not identify growth limitations. So only Logistic capital management theory, it’s main statements, concepts are growth limitation and satiety. Innovation fluctuation shows that innovation create a market and for market’s closure fill it. It was done macroeconomic analysis of Lithuania, Latvia, Greece and Poland. Logistic analysis revealed that all indicators in the country based on GDP and the economic dynamics of bubble formation throughout the period, market saturation is getting closer to the ceiling. Calculated correlation between macro-economic indicators: received that between Lithuania, Latvia and Greece are the macroeconomic indicators strong correlation, which confirms the mentioned hypothesis. Among the collected VAT revenues and the state is very strong and direct correlation (0,964). VAT increase in final consumer price, which decreased turnovers of unsold goods and payments between businesses confused. VAT receipts are correlated with each other retailers turnover (r = 0.743). This suggests that the decline in retail turnover is collected in the budget for much less money, because companies just are not able to pay the increase in VAT. Interviewed for small and medium-sized business leaders said that the main factors holding back development of the company is too high taxes, fees and constantly changing customer insolvency, which affects the company’s working funds, the money flows. Nowadays economical situation shows that the impact of financial crisis on business is negative: many companies stood off personnel, cut the wages, so that’s why unemployment is growing.
