Abstract [eng] Summary This master thesis consists of introduction, three chapters and conclusions. The purpose of this work is to give an exhaustive analysis of the structure of qualified murder, provided in point 2, article 129 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania and acquaint with peculiarities of regulation of this crime according to the criminal codes of Germany, Poland and Russian Federation. Purpose of this thesis is to provide with comprehensive and deep definition of murder either in national and international aspects, by examining the characteristic features of the crime, relationship of the murders, providing with the main constituent elements of murder such as the object and the victim, the objective side, the subject, the subjective side. Main part of this thesis is focused on discussing the definition of qualified features of murder, its type and full analysis of each level, equally regarding criminal codes of all mentioned countries including similarities and differences of regulations. Analyzing the levels of qualified features of murder by national and foreign laws, further discussing problems of separation of ordinary and preferred qualified murder, provided particular case examples.
