Abstract [eng] The thesis analyzes the music teacher satisfaction with the profession. The aim - to find out the Music Teachers positive/negative satisfied with the presence of professional activities. Work to achieve move ahead: The concept of satisfaction Professional activity; identify factors influencing satisfaction with professional activity; to analyze the operations of the music teachers and professional business opportunities; made no music teachers' opinion survey of satisfaction professional activities in research object - the music teacher satisfaction with professional activity. Were Research conducted randomly selecting music educators from all over Lithuania. The study involved 96 music teachers. The analysis of scientific literature, educational documents and analysis results to draw the following conclusions: Satisfaction with occupation is an emotional response that leads to the operating environmental conditions, personal traits and Human provisions define. The analysis of factors influencing satisfaction Were distinguished Internal factors: age, sex, level of education, work experience, career opportunities, responsibility, recognition and external factors: the quality of leadership, wages, job content and nature of the co-workers, working conditions. Except the Music Teacher operations of the company revealed that the music teacher's professional activity is very important in today's education, nes he teaches at Children's artistic taste of music, forms the spiritual, artistic, musical or cultural values. Music teacher professional activity gives possibility to work: kindergartens, schools, music schools, cultural centers and all other institutions that perform formal and informal music education. Research has helped to uncover the positive satisfying internal factors and external factors. Music teachers are dissatisfied with the wages they loaded it does not burn. They do not always have the possibility to make career education. They do not satisfaction of educational environment where inventory is an old, rarely missing or No required inventory organizing education. Not always for managers to evaluate Their merit. During the analysis, it appears that some of the negative factors in evaluating prejudge a negative satisfaction. Music teachers are satisfied with their runs, Their activity gives them the possibility to realize keep educating the younger generation.
