Abstract [eng] This work raises the problem of inaccuracy of data obtained as a result of performing testing of ventilation equipment, as well as the problem of automating the actions of a laboratory technician and a software for testing. At the present time, the accuracy of the result is very important, especially in the evaluation of ventilation equipment. The customer needs to know all the parameters thoroughly, and as well to know how accurate these parameters are. The aim of the work is to improve the methodology for obtaining accurate data, and to create an estimate of accuracy. This work was developed in cooperation with Salda UAB, which manufactures ventilation equipment, and Siventa UAB laboratory, which performs testing of ventilation equipment. The paper describes testing of equipment using a ventilation chamber into which air is pumped, setting the temperature, humidity and pressure. Ventilation chambers are additionally configured and represent installations for testing. This air passes through the equipment under test, as a result of which it is possible to determine the parameters at the output. During the work of the laboratory, there was also a problem of increasing accreditation, for which the calculations should comply with new standards, in particular LST EN ISO 5801: 2009 and EA-4/02. This work is a guideline for achieving these standards, focusing on the uncertainty of the result, as a measure of accuracy. The developed methods meet the standards, and likewise present additional ways to improve the accuracy of the result. Such approaches can be used at other enterprises to improve accuracy and introduce an additional criterion for estimating the accuracy of the result. The paper reveals the problem of automation of the data acquisition process, the time spent by the technician on manual operations, which were subsequently automated to save time. The recognized principles of automation also affect the readout time of data, making it possible to do the reading fast and accurate, which also affects the accuracy of the result. The result of the work is represented by a developed methodology for calculating parameters, methods for automating the process of measuring data, and a software product that implements techniques and established methods for optimizing working time, reading and processing data.
