Abstract [eng] SUMMARY Topic title. Expression of methods of behaviour management of preschool children: the perspective of educators and parents. Topic relevance. Managing children's behavior is a very important process that requires a lot of effort and skills, it also requires for parents and teachers to apply methods that would encourage the child's involvement, for both groups to cooperate and work together in order to create the right environment for the education of children, and to encourage appropriate behavior. The most effective methods that encourage positive behavior of children, mutual respect, a safe, comprehensive environment that encourages child‘s development, and emphasizes improving behavior without violence are the positive discipline and the PEPIS models. Research problem. What behavioral problems do parents and teachers of preschool children face? How different are the methods of managing children's behavior that are used by parents and teachers? Research object. Behavior management methods for preschool children Research aim - To analyze the expression of behavioral management methods in preschool children: from the perspectives of educators and parents Research objectives:1. Based on the analysis of theoretical and scientific literature, to reveal the expression of behavior management metods used by parents and educators and their impact on improving children’s behavior. 2. By using the semi-structured interview analysis method to analyze X preschool institution teachers‘ experience in constructing children's positive behavior and the attitude towards supporting positive behavior in education. 3. By using an anonymous questionnaire survey to reveal the attitudes of parents and educators of preschool institution X towards the behavioral problems of preschool children, their expression, and the application of behavioral management methods in educating preschool children. 4. After analyzing the data of the empirical study, the open-ended questions content analysis method was used to reveal the experiences of parents and teachers of X preschool educational institution about the actually proven behavior management methods and methods that are used to promote children's behavior. Research methodology. A case study was conducted, qualitative and quantitative research strategies were applied. The empirical study is based on a qualitative and quantitative methodological approaches. Research methods. Data collection (exploratory research - semi-structured interviews, anonymous questionnaire survey), data analysis (scientific literature sources, qualitative content, statistical data). Research respondents. Qualitative research - 4 teachers. Quantitative - 80 parents and 20 teachers. Conclusion. Positive behavior management methods and active cooperation between parents and teachers are critical in order to develop appropriate behavior in children and solve challenges that are related to children' behavior.
