Abstract [eng] SUMMARY The master's thesis analyzes the implementation of the motivation system in the context of uncertain change in a preschool educational institution. In the first part of the work, the concept of uncertain change is discussed from a theoretical point of view. The analysis of scientific literature revealed that the improvement of people and organizations is observed, new ideas are implemented, thinking and attitudes towards life phenomena are changed.Therefore, uncertain change can be evaluated as the emergence of new tools, activities, methods and the exploitation of their application possibilities in human activities. After analyzing the context of uncertain change in education, it was found that it includes the growth and change of the teacher's prestige, the change of political decisions, and the change of social laws. The second area of analysis of the theoretical part is the elements of motivation theories and the possibilities of applying motivational systems in preschool educational institutions.In general terms, it can be said that motivation is the activation of behavior to achieve a goal and is a fundamental element of human interaction with the world and with each other.One of the most important and most often treated as the basis of human motivation theories is Maslow's motivation theory.All theories of motivation distinguish various motives that determine human behavior, therefore they are very diverse.Theories focus on human behavior, which is analyzed based on animal behavior research, emphasizing physiological and psychological arousal in action, promoting skill development, and so on.The analysis of the attitude of the heads of preschool education institutions in the city of Utena resulted in the following essential conclusions:The uncertainty of procedural change (political, legal, reforms) is relevant in preschool institutions; the uncertainty of change in education is felt through procedural change: the educational process is changing, various areas of education are constantly being reformed, and laws are changing.During the change of technology, when new technologies are introduced, for which teachers do not have time to prepare.Through the change of attitudes towards the teacher, parents and children's relationship with the school.In preschool education, there are very significant changes in the implementation of inclusive education, changes in the renewal of preschool education programs, which cause a context of uncertain change;in the context of uncertain change, motivation for employees of preschool educational institutions is very important and necessary for improving the well-being of employees, forming a favorable school microclimate, and the possibility of encouraging employees with financial rewards;the following motivational factors are important for employees of preschool education institutions:atmosphere of safety at work, provision of work tools, flexible work schedule, work reward, attention to the person, evaluation of the work performed and the possibility of qualification;the majority of pre-school education institutions do not have an employee motivation system in place, but constantly strive to motivate employees by various means;the development of the motivational system for preschool education institutions would be implemented in several stages:refining the idea, clarifying the needs of employees, forming a working group and assigning a trial period for evaluating the motivation system;when creating and implementing motivational systems in preschool institutions, it is important to determine the needs of employees in order to determine the type of motivation, the necessary measures are estimated, and the most important groups of employees' needs are clarified.When applying the motivational system in preschool institutions in the context of uncertain turnover.
