| Abstract [eng] | This master's thesis analyses the organisation of the adaptation process of foreign students at Vilnius University in order to reveal effective tools for international adaptation. Using literature analysis, expert interview, questionnaire survey and documentary research methods, the paper explores the stages, challenges and organisational strategies of the adaptation process, including cultural integration events, mentoring, language learning programmes and psychological support. |
