Abstract [eng] The enabling and restricting factors of internal communication management in an educational organization It has been established that weakening internal communication demotivates employees. The larger the organization, the more essential communication and relationships among employees become. Communication with the internal audience is a critical success factor for any organization. It plays a significant role in motivating employees, enhancing trust, fostering a shared purpose, and strengthening their sense of responsibility. Informing employees about important decisions and processes within the organization reflects the management's involvement and accountability (Arabadzhieva & Vasilev, 2020). Research Problem What factors restrict and enable internal communication in educational organization? Research Object The management of internal communication. Hypothesis in an educational organization, the management of internal communication is influenced by liberating and limiting factors Research Aim To analyze the factors that restrict and enable internal communication management in educational organization. Research Objectives To analyze theoretical approaches to factors influencing internal communication management in educational organization. To investigate the factors restricting internal communication management. To examine the factors enabling internal communication management. Research methodology This work was based on the following methodological provision: The research was conducted on the basis of a positivist methodological approach (Kardelis, 2002), which aims to study phenomena objectively and scientifically, based on empirical data. In this work, a quantitative study was used, the basis of which is to reveal the expression of liberating and limiting factors in the educational organization. The research used the principle of dialogue promotion (according to Freire). In educational organizations, this means open and equal communication between all members, where everyone's opinion is valued. This can be achieved by organizing regular meetings, discussions and seminars where all employees have the opportunity to express their thoughts and suggestions. Freire argued against hierarchical structures that stifle creativity and initiative. In educational organizations, this may mean less emphasis on hierarchy and more on teamwork and collaboration, where decisions are made collectively. Research Methods Analysis and synthesis of scientific literature. A quantitative study (survey) was carried out, with statistical data processed using Microsoft Office Excel and IBM SPSS Statistics software. The responses were analyzed, percentages calculated and compared, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was determined. Research Sample Size The sample size was calculated using the following formula: = (z^2 p(1-p)N)/(∆^2 N+ z^(2 ) p(1-p)) Where: n- sample size p- proportion of the characteristic being studied z- coefficient depending on the chosen confidence level; for 95% confidence, z=1.95 delta: margin of error, 5% N- population size Thus, for a survey with a 5% error margin, at least 191 respondents need to be surveyed. Conclusions An analysis of the theoretical aspects of factors restricting and enabling internal communication management in educational organization revealed the following: only effective internal communication can help build a committed workforce, trust in management, and alignment towards a shared organizational goal. Internal communication between managers and employees is crucial in every organization to enhance employees’ sense of responsibility and involve them more deeply in organizational activities and decision-making processes. If employees' voices were heard and their opinions considered more frequently, it would increase their motivation and engagement at work. Keywords: internal communication, internal communication management, enabling and restricting factors.
