Abstract [eng] |
The Master's thesis "Mobbing prevention management in educational institutions" analyzes the management of mobbing prevention in educational institutions. The main goal of the work was to analyze the theoretical aspects of mobbing prevention management measures and to empirically reveal how mobbing prevention is managed in educational institutions. This goal was achieved by implementing the following tasks: theoretically revealing the concept of mobbing, mobbing prevention models and management; identifying the stages of mobbing prevention management; investigating the management of mobbing prevention in educational institutions. The theoretical part analyzes mobbing prevention models and their main elements. Elements such as a clear mobbing prevention policy, development of managerial competencies, employee training on the topic of mobbing and effective communication are distinguished. The study emphasizes that mobbing prevention must be systematic and include strategic planning, monitoring of actions and corrective actions. The empirical part of the study was conducted using a quantitative research method - an electronic survey. The questionnaire formulated 21 statements, which are structured into five blocks: strategic thinking, preventive measures, distribution of responsibility, application of measures and corrective actions. The data were analyzed using the SPSS program. The results of the study showed that the effectiveness of mobbing prevention directly depends on the commitment of managers and the information reaching employees. Problems often arise due to insufficient clarity of procedures and limited employee involvement in training. The conclusions of the study emphasize that the management of mobbing prevention in educational institutions is based on strategic thinking, planning and implementation of preventive measures, clear distribution of responsibility, constant application of tactics and corrective actions. The study revealed that the effectiveness of this methodology depends on employee involvement, clear communication and dissemination of information. The recommendations are focused on the administration of educational institutions. It is recommended to strengthen mobbing prevention through clear and regular communication, the development of information dissemination tools and raising employee awareness, ensuring confidentiality and consistent adjustment of plans based on survey results. |
