The master's thesis analyzes the concept of the anti-corruption environment of public sector organizations, research directions. The aim of the thesis is to reveal the research directions and methodological approaches of this phenomenon after conceptualizing the anti-corruption environment of public sector organizations, applying the systematic literature review method. To achieve the goal, the method of systematic literature analysis was chosen. The work uses 99 sources, 90 of which are in foreign languages. The structure of the work includes three parts. The first part is devoted to the theoretical examination of the anti-corruption environment of public sector organizations, including various development models, strategies, tools and policies at both the state and organizational levels. The second part - the methodological part - describes in detail the methodology of the selected systematic literature analysis: the general concept of the study is presented, the methods of literature analysis and their place in the study, the criteria for the selection of scientific sources, the data search strategy are described and presented. According to the pre-set article selection criteria, 3060 articles were found. Finally, the articles were selected by careful analysis of their titles and abstracts, leaving 205. After reading and analyzing the full-text documents, 67 articles entered the systematic literature review. The third part presents the results of the systematic literature analysis. The characteristics of the scientific articles are presented, which includes the geographical distribution of the authors' articles, the popularity of the topic by year, and scientific directions. The methodological access and research directions of the anti-corruption environment of public sector organizations are identified, the conceptualization of the anti-corruption environment of public sector organizations is analyzed, the analysis of found anti-corruption strategies and measures is presented, and the problems of their implementation are identified. The paper concludes with a discussion summarizing the main results of the research, presenting conclusions and practical recommendations, and possible directions for future research. |
