Abstract [eng] |
School culture and aspects of teamwork are essential for creating an effective and harmonious school environment. In the process of building school culture, the integration of teamwork into the daily activities of the school is an important and positive factor contributing to an efficient and smoothly functioning educational process. While academic literature analyzes the importance of both school culture and teamwork, there is a lack of consistent studies exploring the relationship between these phenomena. The topic of school culture development and teamwork has not been sufficiently explored, and this study aims to investigate the connection between school culture development and the organization of teamwork. The research problem formulated is: does teamwork create school culture? Hypothesis: the application of teamwork in a school with common rules, goals, experience sharing, joint decision-making, and a shared identity-building culture contributes to the formation of a positive school culture, encourages collaboration and leadership, and significantly impacts the involvement of school administration and the community in the successful development of educational processes. Research object: the creation of school culture through teamwork. Research aim: to analyze the creation of school culture through teamwork. Research tasks: 1. Define the concepts of organizational culture, school culture, and teamwork, providing clear and consistent definitions, as well as highlighting their interconnection and significance in the school context. 2. Analyze the scientific literature on the creation of school culture through teamwork, discussing existing practices, successes, and challenges, and identifying key studies that have addressed this topic. 3. Using a questionnaire survey method, investigate the creation of school culture through teamwork, analyzing the opinions, experiences, and suggestions of respondents regarding the improvement of teamwork effectiveness. 4. Summarize the results of the quantitative research and provide recommendations for strengthening school culture through teamwork, focusing on practical actions that could help improve collaboration and the development of culture within the school. The results of the study showed that most respondents positively assess the importance of teamwork in shaping school culture, emphasizing the pursuit of common goals, adherence to ethical standards, and the role of team leadership. Teamwork helps strengthen community bonds, encourages innovation, and the sharing of ideas, which contributes to the formation of a positive school culture. However, some respondents expressed doubts about the impact of teamwork or did not feel sufficiently committed. This indicates that additional attention is needed to promote trust, openness, and commitment. Teamwork is also seen as important for professional growth and the work environment, although some respondents stated that the benefits of this process are not always clear or adequately appreciated. The study's conclusions suggest that to ensure the long-term positive impact on school culture, it is essential to strengthen the commitment of community members, encourage collaboration, and clearly define the role of leaders in creating effective teams. |
