Abstract [eng] This paper studies heuristic usability evaluation of user interfaces. The literature review distinguishes characteristics of augmented reality and smartphones, presents heuristic evaluation, PACMAD usability model, personal navigation assistants, video games, augmented reality and J. Nielsen usability heuristics. In research part, usability heuristics of related subject fields and design guidelines are combined. Created heuristics and control questionnaire are used for evaluation of augmented reality video games and personal navigation assistants user interfaces. Created heuristics are used for systems developed on smartphones. The effectiveness of these heuristics is confirmed with practical assessment of already existing applications for smartphones.
