In this work we analyse the properties of linearly, azimuthally and radially polarized vector focus wave modes and its propagation in linear dispersive media: glass BK7, sapphire and LN crystal. The formation of negative group velocity of focus wave modes is examined. The aim of this work is to analyse the propagation of vector focus wave modes in linear dispersive dielectric medium. The main results of this work are: 1. Longitudinal component of electric field in radially polarized focus wave modes can be controlled by changing angle of Bessel cone or angular dispersion. 2. It was shown, that vector focus wave modes with negative group velocity can be formed with positive angular dispersion and with certain parameters of angular dispersion. 3. In order to get focus wave modes with small transverse dimensions, we should carefully choose central frequency of the spectrum with respect to the dispersion of the material. |
