Abstract [eng] The Peculiarities of Participation in Leisure Patients with Physical Disabilities The aim: To analyze leisure activities participation and find peculiarities patients with physical disabilities. Tasks of work: 1. To evaluate functional and psychoemotional status changes inpatient rehabilitation program patients with physical disability. 2. To analyze participation of group leisure activities patients with physical disabilities. 3. To identify factors that reduce praticipation of leisure activities patients with physical disability. 4. To analyze peculiarities participation of leisure activities and to determine the relationship with gender, age, diagnosis, motivation. Methods: The research was performed from september 2016 to march 2017 at Všį VUL Santariškių klinikų, Rehabilitation, Physical and Sports Medical Center I - th inpatient rehabilitation section. Attended 53 patients with physical disability. Data collection methods: Activities Daily LivinG test, Hospital Anxiety and Depression Rating scale, Will questionnaire and semi-structured interviews. Results: Patient autonomy statistically significant increased nutritional, personal care and other fields at inpatient rehabilitation. Most patients remained help needed: moving, food making and other fields. At beginning majority patients often were hesitant and the end patients needed to relatively less support and encouragement to the participation in leisure activities. The research results reveal that anxiety and depression symptoms, significantly not declined. The analysis of patient participation creative and active leisure activities, there is a not statistically significant difference. Leisure activities the need reveals for key aspects: communication with others, spending time and others. It should be noted that the factors which reduce participation in group leisure activities are internal (76,8%) and external (23,2%.). Conclusions: 1. The assessment functional and psychoemotional state of inpatient rehabilitation program patients with physical disability, observed a statistically significant autonomy (p<0,05) improvement. No statistically significant (p>0,05) differences between the different groups of diagnosis, age and gender have been identified and the majority of patients will continue to need assistance in daily activities. A statistically significant increase in patient motivation (p<0,05), patients felt calmer, more was better mood, although significant (p>0,05) not declined anxiety and depression symptoms. 2. Patient increases the participation of leisure activities such factors as: the ability to communicate with others, the ability to more quickly and more interesting to spend time in the afternoon, the ability to relax during the activities, impacts on the physical state, positive emotions and feeling active. The analysis of participation and opinions patients with physical disability found that suitable activity is more diverse, it is a creative and active (58,5%). 3. The majority of participants (76,8%) participation in leisure activities reduces internal factors: self-doubt (29%), fatigue (15,9%), nervousness (13%)h, obby and leisure time passively allow one (8,7%), therapeutic state (7,3%), the absence of mood (2,9%). Thirds of the respondents (23,2%) participation in recreational activities reduces external factors: the planned research (12,4%), visit relatives (6,2%), designated procedures (4,6%). 4. To analyze participation features of leisure activities: men and women participation at creative activities were higher. Patient participation in more complex and heavier activities are less. Self-confidence factor, reduced patient motivation and visible anxiety and depressive symptoms are prominent at the beginning leisure activities. Participation of leisure activities is statistically significant with gender, activity, diagnoses and motivation.
