Abstract [eng] The main purpose of this master thesis was to create a model for experience management in a virtual projects team. The work consists of 3 main parts: the analysis of literature of theoretical issues, the analysis of literature of practical issues, the research and its results, conclusion and recommendations. Literature analysis reviews concepts of virtuality, project, experience management; principles of virtual organizations, project management stages, experience management in international management standards, motivation for experience management in projects environment, the process of experience management in projects environment and information systems of experience management. After the literature analysis the model for experience management in a virtual projects team was created, as well as recommendations for virtual projects teams. Also after the literature analysis the author has carried out the study about experience management in virtual projects teams. The performed research revealed that despite the fact that team members understand the value of experience management in projects environment, companies rarely use it as a standard practise, mainly caused by lack of managers support. The conclusions and recommendations summarize the main concepts and ideas researched in all parts of this master thesis. On the basis of this master thesis, there was made recommendations for virtual organizations regarding experience management best practises which were presented for the managers of virtual teams that participated in qualitative study together with the model for experience management in a virtual projects team.
