This master's work provides analysis of pre-trial investigation, examining significant legal acts, research articles, doctrine law interpretations, recommendations approved by the order of the general prosecutor, which clarify and present the most important provisions on this thesis. The pre- trial investigation is the first stage of criminal proceedings which must be carried out objectively and precisely in accordance with the procedural rules established by law and the principles of criminal proceedings in the investigation and disclosure of criminal offenses. This work defines these main pre-trial investigation theoretical aspects, as following: pre- trial investigation state definition and its notion, initian of prie- trial investigation, the main pre-trial investigation subjects and their act in criminal proceedings. Also presented is the institute of the organizing and leading it in which circumstances it can be used, also in which ways pre-trial investigation ended, giving a lot of attention to the filling of indictment and application of simplified process forms. |
