Abstract [eng] 85 pages, 24 tables, 11 pictures, 100 references. The aim of the master's thesis is to analyse the concepts of corporate social responsibility initiatives, crisis management and employee well-being outlined in the scientific literature, conduct an empirical study to determine and evaluate the impact of perceived corporate social responsibility initiatives on perceived employee well-being in organizations, and to determine the mediating influence between them. Methods utilised: analysis of scientific literature, structured questionnaire consisting of 3 constructs and sociodemographic questions, and statistical data analysis. Research conducted and results obtained: in scientific literature review, the thesis author presents the theoretical aspects related to the concepts of corporate social responsibility initiatives, employee well-being, crisis management, the elements that make up these concepts, and their interrelationships. Based on the results of the literature analysis, the author presents a research model and outlines hypotheses. To achieve the thesis goal, the author conducted a quantitative study, in which 228 employees from companies belonging to the Lietuvos Atsakingo Verslo Asociacija (LAVA) were interviewed. Using the software package „IBM SPSS Statistics 30.0.0.0“ and the extension „PROCESS 4.2“, the author performed a data normality check, evaluating the coefficients of asymmetry and kurtosis and a construct reliability analysis, which revealed that the constructs of perceived corporate social responsibility initiatives and perceived employee well-being are reliable, while the statements of the crisis management construct had high multicollinearity, prompting the author to split this construct into the 4 dimensions outlined by the original author of the construct. Following this, the author presents 4 revised conceptual models and lists additional hypotheses. Then, 4 regression mediation analyses were performed. Based on the results of the statistical analysis, it was determined that perceived corporate social responsibility initiatives have a positive direct impact on all four dimensions of crisis management and perceived employee well-being. It was found that the crisis management phases of preparation for activity and protection significantly affect the perceived well-being of employees and partially mediate the relationship between perceived corporate social responsibility initiatives and perceived well-being of employees. However, the crisis management phases of discovery and containment did not have a statistically significant impact on perceived well-being of employees and did not mediate the relationship between the variables. At the end of the paper, the author presents conclusions and proposals that include the essential aspects of the analysis of scientific literature and the conducted empirical research. The author aims that the results obtained during the study would not only fill the gaps in the scientific literature but also provide practical insights and proposals for organizations to increase employee well-being by applying social responsibility initiatives and crisis management measures.
