According to correlation analysis, the selection and usage of stress coping ways does not depend on respndents‘ age. The analysis of the research has corroborated the hypothesis that disabled people use different ways of coping stress. Comparing respondents‘ gender in applying ways of coping stress, it has been assessed that females statistically more frequently use the way of confrontation, whereas, males more frequently use escaping-avoiding. Among other ways of coping stress no clear differences have not been detected, but as for males, females appreciate communication need, pursuit of social supporting.
