Abstract [eng] The main goal of this master's thesis is to determine the influence of social support on well-being by mediating burnout and moderating psychological resilience. The entire work consists of three main parts, it is a scientific analysis of the literature, a prepared study and calculated results, and the last one - presented conclusions and recommendations. The analysis of the scientific literature revealed the connections between four constructs - social support, well-being, burnout and psychological resilience. Theory and research have discussed the influence of social support on well-being by mediating burnout and moderating psychological resilience. In the second part of the work, the methodology of the entire study was discussed, a conceptual model of the study was created, the data collected for the study were from 401 respondents, people could fill in the questionnaire after finding it on social networks, on the asurga.lt website, and it was sent by e-mail. by post The obtained data were calculated and analyzed using software - IBM SPSS Statistics A.F. Hayes PROCESS plug-in. Well, and finally, after collecting, calculating and analyzing the data, the obtained results revealed that social support has a positive effect on burnout, and is positively related to the well-being of employees, while work burnout has a negative effect on the well-being of employees, but burnout mediating relationship between social support and well-being does not exist, but the data obtained show that psychological resilience moderates the relationship between social support and burnout. In the conclusions and proposals, after summarizing the scientific literature and the obtained research results, insights are provided about the concepts of the main literature analysis and the results of the conducted research, insights are provided about the influence of social support on well-being in mediating burnout and moderating psychological resilience.
