The master thesis presents the economic analysis of UAB Alderna activities and justifies possible optimization possibilities. The purpose of this study is to provide the new company with recommendations for the company to achieve better results. The empirical part of the analysis, taking into account financial statements in a horizontal, vertical analysis and various relative indicators, studies 2017-year operational efficiency, of UAB "Alderna", also calculates demand for inventories and working capital. After the establishment of the key indicators that reflect the company's activities, the areas of the problem company that require optimization are identified. Having assessed the performance indicators of UAB "Alderna", it can be seen that the company's problematic issues are profitability and solvency. It is important for the company to promote sales and efficiently use available raw material. Sales growth and specific product sales targeting will reduce the amount of frozen funds, it will also increase profitability, increase company's liquidity and reduce the possibility of bankruptcy. |
