Abstract [eng] The Master's thesis analyzes the theory of the impact of investments on the effectiveness of the company's performance, empirical studies, and evaluates the investment impact into a saving system (LEAN) on the effectiveness of UAB Namu Tekstilė. In order to evaluate the implementation of the investment into a low-cost system (LEAN), return on investment, net present value of investments, UAB Namų tekstilė internal profit margin was calculated. In order to evaluate the efficiency of a company before implementing and implementing a cost-effective system (LEAN), it has been evaluated by its performance efficiency indicators, human resource efficiency indicators and production process efficiency indicators . The results of this phase showed that LEAN's impact on the company's economic performance indicators was both positive and negative. Favorable investments can be seen due to lower costs of sales, customers began to pay faster with the company, improved relations with suppliers, and significantly increased the production process efficiency. Nevertheless, investments in such a system also had a negative impact, as property turnover indicators declined, while the output of employees decreased relatively. The paper provides expert interviews and opportunities for improving company performance. This was done by conducting surveys of the leading employees of the company and seeing the regularities of the research. An expert interview showed that, in order to further improve the LEAN system, UAB "Namų tekstilė", it is expedient to promote joint teamwork and formulate a system of improvement suggestions. It has also been established that the management of changes in organizational culture, the lack of adequate senior management commitment and lack of leadership, inadequate communication with employees and their involvement in work processes hampered by the inability to improve the efficiency of this company. The work also included suggestions that helped identify value for each product, increase investment directed at human resource management, and formulate a system for improvement suggestions.
