Abstract [eng] In this work, creative activity is examined from a procedural point of view, which means that the desired result is acquired much more efficiently, when the activity and resources associated with it are managed as a process. To perfect creative abilities (quality) it is necessary to properly percept and understand the basic steps of creative process, its procedures. Jobs that a treated as “creative” have a strong, predominant process oriented component. Many procedural models for creative fields like software development, startups, and tech exchange support this statement. When creating a general creative process procedural model - an effort was made to separate from any particular field and to study the processes in a higher level of abstractness. The aim of the work is to create a model for assessing the ability of a creative activity process and to justify its adequacy. The purpose of the developed model is to provide a basis for process evaluation and improvement, ensuring that process evaluation and improvement activities are based on existing best practices, and that the evaluation model itself is in accordance with the requirements of the process engineering model engineering standards ISO / IEC 15504 and ISO / IEC 330xx. Working methods: analysis of scientific literature, study of the adequacy of the developed model by means of quantitative and qualitative research methods. The most important result of the work is the model of assessment of one's ability in creative process and at least partially proving its adequacy. The maturity model of creative activity is designed to evaluate and compare the creative work of developers working in different fields based on a unified model of creative activity process. It has been established that the created model of the ability to evaluate the process of creative activity can be successfully applied for improvement of creative activity.
