Abstract [eng] We initiate the study of the Grimus-Neufeld model in terms of flavour invariants by finding and classifying the set of basis invariant constructions in the Yukawa and the scalar sectors of the GNM. We described the flavour space of the Grimus-Neufeld model, its lepton and Higgs sectors in terms of global unitary field and coupling transformations. We use the plethystic exponential to generate the Hilbert series (HS) approximation for a number of subsections of the GNM as well as the full theory. Furthermore, we employ the plethystic logarithm to find the generator basis for the corresponding invariant rings. We generate the HS for a mixed subsection of the GNM invariants, combining parameters from both 2HDM potential with ones from Majorana neutrino Yukawa coupling. We identify its generating invariant basis and classify it into dependent and independent generators.
