The Holocaust in Lithuania in this thesis is researched through the four perspectives: soviet, West, Israel and Lithuanian (both Lithuanian refugees and Independent Lithuania) historiography. The aim of this research is to identify how these four perspectives correlates with each other and what new perspectives could be drawn out of this interaction. According to the narrativistic approach of history philosophy, which underlines the creation, particularity, character and its meaning of the historical narrative, the aim of this Phd thesis is realized through the research of the mentioned four perspectives, their creation genesis and internal interaction. This thesis includes preface, four sections of research, conclusions, list of abbreviations, sources and literature. |
