| Abstract [eng] | In the master work, we prove a limit theorem of the Elliott type for Dirichlet L - functions L(s,χ) (χ is a Dirichlet character modulo q and s = σ +it is a complex variable) in the space of analytic functions when q →∞ (q is a prime number). |
