The subject of the Essay is- accidents at work: theory, practice, problems. In the first part analysing the concept of the accident at work, its consolidation in different legislation, distinguishing elements of concept of the accident at work and generalizations. In the second part the subject is - the key points of the research of accidents at work, the breakdown of subjects, the party of subjects, who are imperatively prescribed by law as having a responsibility of investigation, presenting the classification of accident at work as well. Analysing conditions of acknowledgement/ acknowledgement as an accident at work, which caused a health damage to an employee. In the third part the competency of taking decisions is presented as well as studying conditions, which could cause appreciation if the accident at work is insured or not insured incident. As well, analysing the mechanism of social insurances: the scope, the types of insurance benefits, the values of compensation of lost working. |
