Problems of Legal Regulation of the Institute of Forced Sales of Shares: Comparative Analysis of Lithuanian case law and Foreign law. In this Master's thesis comprehensive comparative analysis has been employed to examine the institutes of foreign law as well as thorough research of national case law has been completed. Overall research has been done in order to identify the most uncertain or troubling aspects of the Institute of Forced Sales of Shares and, based on the progressive foreign law, to suggest how they could be improved. |
