First of all, Masters work defines conception of the public order and the violation of public order. Author compares legal provisions regulating violation of public order in the Republic of Lithuania and selected foreign states (Sweden Kingdom, Republic of Germany and Russian Federation). Futhermore, sum changes of artical 284 of Lithuanian Criminal Code and article 481 of Lithuanian Administrative Law offences Code, are analysed. In the second part of the work analyses artical 284 (“Violation of public order”) of Lithuanian Criminal Code, compares the objective and subjective elements of violation of public order, analysis the most problematical features under the responsibility of the violation of public order. In the third part of the work violation of public order with other rules of Lithuanian Criminal Code of and from artical 481 (“Small violation of public order“) of Lithuanian Administrative law offences Code is compared. |
