Abstract [eng] Robbery Aggravating Elements Despite the strict legal protection of property, the greater part of the criminal acts, recorded in Lithuania involve particularly criminal acts based on property, proprietary rights and proprietary interests. The robbery is one of the most hazardous and endangered criminal acts for ownership. Its hazardousness distinguishes not only by its open attempt on the embezzlement of the property of others, but also by the technique of property embezzlement. In terms of robbery the attempt of embezzlement is addressed not only to the ownership, but also to such significant values as human health, freedom and dignity, which are protected under the Criminal Law. The aim of the following thesis is to investigate the robbery aggravating elements, which are regulated under the Article No 180 of the Criminal Code. Purposefully, in the first part there is analyzed the concept of the robbery as a crime on the ownership/property and there are disclosed the mandatory qualities of the key robbery composition (object, objective party, subject and subjective party). In the second part there are widely analyzed all robbery aggravating elements: 1) there is provided burglary concept; the concept of a trespass premise as a place, where the criminal act is committed; there are disclosed the burglary techniques/ways and kinds of trespass premises; 2) there are analyzed the concepts of non-firing guns, knives or other items, adapted for harming a human; the concepts of a firing gun and explosive device and there are disclosed the kinds of non-firing and firing guns; 3) there is analyzed the embezzlement of the precious property; the embezzlement of scientific, historical or cultural values of high significance and participation in an organized crime group.
