Abstract [eng] Additional Conditions of Employment Contract and Peculiarities of Their Legal Regulation and Practical Application In the master thesis the additional conditions of the employment contract are discussed by analyzing the peculiarities of their legal regulation and practical application. The dispositive and imperative legal regulation methods are discussed in the first part of the thesis. It is being done by comparing the two methods with each other. The first part of the thesis contains the analysis of the principle of the freedom of contract as well – their boundaries and meaning for the labour law are being analyzed as well. The contents of the employment agreement are researched in the first part as well. The additional conditions of the employment contract, found in the labour code are analyzed the second part of the master thesis: agreement for additional work, agreement for remuneration of the educational expenses, agreement for ordeal in employment contract and agreement for part-time work. In this part of the work a lot of attention is given for the analysis of the decisions of the Supreme Court of Lithuania. The attention is payed for the analysis of the legislation and most common practical situations. The additional conditions of the employment contract not found in the labour code are analyzed in the third part of the thesis. Just like in the second part of the thesis the most attention is given for comprehensive legal evaluation of the additional conditions of the employment contract, such as agreement for non-competing, agreement for protection of the confidential information and the agreement of the protection of the intellectual property.
