The thesis analyzes the negligent loss of life concept and its developments under the Lithuanian criminal law, crime composition of the qualifying factors and analyzes the most important qualification for the negligent loss of life problems. The first section discusses the concept of the negligent loss of life, the evolution of the legal regulation of Lithuania. The largest part of the work consists of the negligent loss of life classification problems related to the content of the fault and causation. Problems are analyzed in detail in the second and third chapters of this work through case examples. The last section is dedicated to death caused by negligence qualifying features discussed based on the scientific literature and judicial practice. Finally, the summary of the whole work is formulated in the form of conclusions. |
