The thesis analyses problematic aspects that occurred due to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania regulating the restoration of property rights to the remaining immovable property. This thesis aims to reveal problems that occurred in the past or existing problems. The thesis analyses the essence of the institute of restoring property right, purpose, and reasons that influenced its origin. Also, it forms the assumptions that influenced the origin of such institute. It analyses problems of the restoration of property rights to the remaining immovable property, i.e. analyses problematic aspects that emerged due to requirements applied to conditions for submitting applications to restore property rights, also, it analyses problems of paying compensations for the national redeemable property, discusses the balance problems between the public and private interest, analyses problematic aspects that emerged due to the subjectivity of persons who aim to restore property rights, and discusses problematic aspects of disputes that occurred in the process of restoring property rights to the remaining immovable property. The thesis receives special attention to exclusion and analysis of problems that influenced and encouraged the long process of restoring property rights. |
