Problems of Implementation of Competition Council Resolutions on Infringements of Article 4 of the Law on Competition This master thesis is dedicated to find out, what determines that entities of public administration failing to implement the Competition Counsel Resolutions on Competition law infringement of Article 4 and what consequences it results. In this thesis author seeks to analyse these main aspects: collision of laws of Republic of Lithuania, question of entities’ of public administration discretion i.e. what decisions can entities of public administration can implement. Moreover, author seeks to examine the liability of entities of public administration for the infringements of the Law of Competition, the concept of the in-house agreement as a reason of infringement of Law of Competition and finally, the changes in laws of Republic of Lithuania as a possible solution to the problems. |
