Resilience at work becomes more and more important for a person, who wants to stay competitive and at the same time feel good. In our research we delved deeper into resilience at work link with work engagement, emotional health and work requirements. 202 participants participated in our research – 139 women and 63 men. They filled questionnaire with 4 scales of earlier mentioned constructs and additional sociodemografical questions. Results reveal existing differences between sociodemografical groups in resilience at work, work requirements, emotional health and work engagement. Results reveal existing correlations between resilience at work, work engagement emotional health, quantitative and cognitive work requirements, although emotional work requirements were not associated with neither of them. Resilience at work didn‘t have moderation effect on work requirements and emotional health relation. |
