Abstract [eng] The Factors of Innovations in Non-Governmental Organizations which Provide Social Services More and more new challenges and needs appear because of a fast growing society. They are caused by globalization which requires a certain social and healthcare policy, changeable working forms, constantly changing education system. These and other social processes evoke searching for new decisions in order to solve challenges and satisfy new needs. Creation of innovations by nongovernmental organizations is one of the ways to solve these problems and to influence positively the results and the formation of social policy. Though they create and introduce innovations, they evaluate their abilities only a bit more than average (6,4). This allows only partly prove the hypothesis, that nongovernmental organizations are active creators of innovations. They name the human, the worker of this organization, the innovator as the main factor of creating innovations in nongovernmental organizations. It is important to develop his/her qualifications when helping him/her to open necessary character features for innovations (creativity and other). The state‘s orientation towards new changes, its financial, legislative and another help for organizations is of great importance as well. The investigation has also proved that a successful innovation has to be applied and created paying attention to the formed necessity. For this reason nongovernmental organizations being very close to their clients very often create services or improve them.
