The analysis revealed that in Lithuania maternity, paternity, parental /child care leave are implemented in the most positive manner, while in Holland family-friendly policies are not only mostly concerned with the child-care services, but also flexible working forms for families are highly prevalent ones. Furthermore, the analysis showed that the statistical mean of evaluation regarding job satisfaction between people who have children and the ones who do not is distributed evenly in Italy, Holland and Lithuania.
