In order to ensure high-quality preschool education, there is a great need of social educators and other specialists for work with children with special needs, behavioural and communication difficulties. In this Master’s thesis the process of cooperation management among parents, teachers and specialists are analysed, overcoming behavioural and communication difficulties of preschool-age children. The problem of the research is concretized by the following questions: • In what ways are parents involved into cooperation in preschool education institution in order to overcome behavioural and communication difficulties of preschool-age children? • How is cooperation management among parents, teachers and specialists implemented in the education process of preschool-age child, overcoming behavioural and communication difficulties? The aim of the research is to theoretically and empirically justify cooperation management of parents, teachers and specialists in preschool education institution, overcoming behavioural and communication difficulties of children. The analysis of the research data has revealed that experiences of preschool education institutions differ in cooperation of teachers, support specialists and parents as well as this process management.The process of cooperation management among parents, teachers and specialists, overcoming behavioural and communication difficulties of preschool-age children, should be improved. The research results show that in order to ensure high-quality process of cooperation management there is a need of support for children specialists’ services development, involvement of directors,organization of pedagogical education and teamwork. |
