That is why it is very important to implement EU water protection directives. Water managment organizations must reclaim appropriately the support of EU funds and carry out modernization projects. However, if you want to carry out those projects efficiently, you must know how to manage them. In this Master‘s thesis managment of the projects connected with water is analysed.While writing the thesis, it was important to find answers to such questions as the peculiarities of managing water investment projects, the main methods of project managment. One of the main questions was how PC „Akmenės vandenys“ manages the investment projects while fulfilling some public services. It was very important to clear out which managment areas of the investment projects in the sphere of the public service are paid the least attention to. |
