Nonradical resections and postoperative chemoradiation prolong disease-free and overall survival. Postoperative complications was in 26 pts (23%), 4 pts (3.5%) died. Three-year median survival after surgery was 12.0 ± 2 mo and after conservative treatment 6.0 ± 2 mo. Reccurence of the disease in the surgical group ranged within 9.7–17.6% and in the concervative group reached 93%. |
