Object of the research - gymnasium teachers’ and students’ leadership expression in education practice.Research Methodology a written survey using two different and adapted three-block (informational-instructional, diagnostic, socio-demographical) questionnaires for gymnasium teachers and students. Descriptive statistics was used to analyse data: often (N), per cent (%), averages (M), standard deviations (SD), and parametric test – one-way ANOVA. SPSS-PC 17.0 for Windows and Windows Microsoft Office Word 2010 programmes were used to systematise, process, and graphically present data. |
