Teaching in child care institutions, the management of it and organizing the workload is difficult and exhausting so it is necessary the time is spread accordingly to teacher's ability to deliver help to children. The analysis of the scientific literature reveals these professionals managerial competence. According to the nature of social pedagogues and social workers have to plan, organize, control, manage wards social education process. It should be noted that these professionals have to work with the specific client group – children deprived of parental care. The work of the research methodology was based on constructivist theory and humanism personality theories. This work aim - to examine child care institutions of social pedagogues and social workers, managerial competence expression in professional activities. The study was conducted by combining qualitative and quantitative methods. The qualitative research method to examine the children's care institutions teaching managerial competence expression in professional activities. Also, the quantitative research method to examine the child care institutions for social workers managerial competence expression in professional activities. |
