Abstract [eng] Contemporary preschool institutions strive for rendering qualitative services of education and satisfying the need of children and their parents. Close cooperation among the managers of preschool education facilities, pedagogues working there and parents by applying different forms of cooperation optimises the process of education in both a family and a preschool education institution. The Master’s Thesis theoretically analyses quality of education and cooperation of the participants (pedagogues, managers and parents) of the preschool education process. During the research, the hypothesis was constructed that cooperation of preschool facility participants helped to ensure more effective process of quality management in the education institution. The goal of the research is to investigate the peculiarities of cooperation of the participants of preschool education services in order to show its significance for quality management. More detailed revealing of the existing situation was based on the methods of qualitative and quantitative research. 251 respondents participated in total in the research. The number of the subjects participated in the questionnaire survey was 246. A statistic analysis of the data, descriptive statistics and non-parameter calculations have been carried out. 5 respondents participated in the qualitative research, and the content analysis was carried out. The most part of involved subjects was females. During the questionnaire survey, it was investigated how parents and pedagogues evaluated cooperation taken place in the educational process, what ways and forms were applied by pedagogues striving for effective cooperation, what ways and forms were acceptable to parents; what problems were faced with; what suggestions were provided by parents and pedagogues. When analysing cooperation between managers and pedagogues it was explained what microclimate predominated in the institution, what factors influenced good cooperation. By using a half-structured interview it was concerned what managing styles the managers of institutions followed, how and what measures promoted mutual cooperation, what problems were faced when developing cooperation among the participants of the educational process, quality of education.
