Abstract [eng] Thread subject: Children in conflict resolution methods and subjective adaptation of peers in a team of subjective evaluation interface Relevance of the topic. Adolescent socialization and peer conflicts - a real problem for Lithuanian society. Socialization problems often occur in adolescence and reveal adolescent inability to adapt to school requirements. Successful socialization is impossible without the knowledge of conflict resolution techniques, learning how to reduce aggression, anger management. The adaptation problems at school is one of the main reasons influencing the adolescent's decision whether to leave school early. This determination may lead to further antisocial adolescent's life. The aim: to reveal the students' adaptation, and conflict resolution in the links Test methods: 1st Theory: the scientific literature by the chosen theme applied to the analysis and review of the origins of the concept of adaptation, conflict resolution techniques. 2nd Empirical: questionnaire survey of pupils in class 9, studying adolescent adaptation in class team and conflict resolution strategies and choices, as well as their inter-linkages. Hypothesis: adolescent adaptability, and conflict resolution in choice of social skills and personal characteristics of aggressive adolescents in conflict resolution is less adapted. Key findings include: The study showed a moderate and a better than average adjustment. Girls and older students are more satisfied with their social relations, the respondents are satisfied with their friends and quantity of their support, but many students feel misunderstood part of its peers. This study can not establish causation - whether the student shall be worse than their peers on more conflictness, aggressive tendency to resolve conflicts, or vice versa, conflicts are solved in an aggressive, unpopular adolescents, because the interests of other fellow ignored their needs and wishes taken into account. Can be assumed that the personal characteristics that hinder adaptation class team, and also prevents conflicts in a positive decision.
