Successful socialization is impossible without the knowledge of conflict resolution techniques, learning how to reduce aggression, anger management. The adaptation problems at school is one of the main reasons influencing the adolescent's decision whether to leave school early. This determination may lead to further antisocial adolescent's life. The aim: to reveal the students' adaptation, and conflict resolution in the links Test methods: 1st Theory: the scientific literature by the chosen theme applied to the analysis and review of the origins of the concept of adaptation, conflict resolution techniques. 2nd Empirical: questionnaire survey of pupils in class 9, studying adolescent adaptation in class team and conflict resolution strategies and choices, as well as their inter-linkages. Hypothesis: adolescent adaptability, and conflict resolution in choice of social skills and personal characteristics of aggressive adolescents in conflict resolution is less adapted.
