The purpose of this study is to investigate the use of a statistical analysis of e-shop traffic and to demonstrative how to integrate a fairly simple web data collection and analysis system into an already functioning e-shop, with a description of methods of collecting site traffic data. This study will show what kinds of statistical analysis can be introduced to an already functioning system, what benefits this can provide for the business, what problems typically arise during integration of statistical analysis systems, as well as how to solve said problems. The study will also investigate a system created to generate proposals for customers based on a data analysis of customers' actions within the website. |
