Abstract [eng] The article underlines that contemporary research focuses more attention to discuss features of organisation of physical education lessons, analysis of the content of educational curricula and children’s needs as well as teacher’s profession-related socialisation. A physical education teacher’s profession-related position is more rarely being discussed, even though there constant interest in society’s physical self-development in general, the significance of the pedagogical interaction emphasising profession-related excellence of a pedagogue is being highlighted. Moreover, there is lack of more consistent perspectives reasoning a physical education teacher’s profession-related position which would enable more efficient modelling and implementation of physical activeness. All this predetermine the scientific problem under investigation the basis of which consists of the theoretical perspective and a systemic point of view towards stimuli and obstacles for expression of the profession-related position of a physical education teacher in lessons. Therefore, the main question of the research is how physical education teacher’s profession-related position in lessons is being contextualised emphasising stimuli and obstacles of the position mentioned? Theoretical perspectives of the profession-related position of a teacher of physical education being discussed in the field of stimuli and obstacles allow discussing the essential trait of physical education teacher’s personality, i.e. responsibility (for oneself, others, social and natural environment), as an integral part of the ethical competence and professionalism in general determining purposefulness of performance too.
