Demand for a product on contemporary market is highly dependent on the quality of that product. A product must meet all the safety requirements and have an impeccable appearance, in other words, the product should have the best possible quality. And its quality is largely dependent on the human factor. This work analyzes the impact of the human factor on bicycle assembly process and its quality. A statistical analysis of data was undertaken and the key factors that influence a human were identified. Possible ways in which the human factor may have influence on the individual components of a bicycle and thus produce a defective bicycle were determined. An analysis of the collected data was performed and a methodology was prepared that should help to reduce the numbers of defects caused by the human factor and contribute to the better quality of the product. |
