Abstract [eng] In this article are analyzed the peculiarity of unemployed country people career planning. Currently the economic situation is complicated in the Lithuania. Our country was faced with one of the world‘s most pressing problems – unemployment. This phenomen on negative affects the unemployed and their families, society and of course the state. Role of human factor, his social, psychological, biological properties are very important in the labour market. Besides, the work activities added in kind, social, technical aspects. J. Jasaitis (2006) noted that the period of the Lithuanian annexation, which continue by half a century-long supplant the country economic and social cohesion. Unemployed of country people career complicates the design of complex complete lack of research. He has stated (2007) that an increasing number of country residents are working in the city and in the industrial and commercial companies, which are located in the country areas. In the Lithuanian economy (economic) development until 2015 years, longterm strategy emphasize that an enough educated work force is already psychologically adapted to a market economy requirement, for increased personal responsibility for self-understanding, arose principally from the positive attitude of the market economy. However, there also noted that although the labour force has a relatively high level of skills, in some industries there is a skilled labour shortage, its disciplining, mobility and adaptability to change are unsatisfactory. In the country areas are less employment opportunities, residents of country people are not prepared to compete in the labour market. As a result, the unemployment rates of country peoples are significantly higher than unemployment rates of urban people. He has stated that an increasing number of country residents are working in the city and in the industrial and commercial companies, which are located in the country areas. [...].
