| Abstract [eng] |
The article deals with experience of students studying the speciality of childhood pedagogy, which manifests itself designing students’ workplace in the private sector of pre-school education services. Students’ professional, social and managerial career competences are distinguished. Applying the method of qualitative research – free essay, project – and carrying out their content analysis, categories and subcategories of manifestation of the content of competences are identified. Conclusions about both separate competences of students studying childhood pedagogy and manifestation of their whole are made. Based on the data, students’ manifestation possibilities, designing their workplace in the private sector, are forecasted. |
