The factors of loyalty towards educational organization are discussed in the context of the opinions of occupation teachers of Šiauliai Vocational Education and Training Centre. During the quantitative analysis it was determined that the loyalty of occupation teachers towards educational organization depends on moral and financial inducement, opportunities (conditions) to inculcate pedagogical innovation in the organization, opportunities to work in a team and on the behaviour of the head of the organization towards occupation teachers. The head of educational organization seeking the loyalty of occupation teachers towards the organization has to evaluate and analyse the factors of loyalty towards organization in regard to the individuality of every occupation teacher and only then to make corresponding decisions. |
