Abstract [eng] The present article discusses social theory of K. Marx and G. W. F. Hegel, in which alienation concept is inevitably found, because in the context of this concept they described the principle of function ing of social relations. On the basis of the same historical method, which they treated as a reliable and objective one because of empirical factuality of the method, they both examin ed the same public relations that historically existed. However, they arrived at completely different conclusions about what is the basis of function ing of social relations. G. W. F. Hegel finds social relations within the framework of metaphysics, as a history of absolute spirit. K. Marx sees them completely on the contrary – as economic, material factors dependent history of social development. Understanding of social relations function ing basis appearing in the light of this binary opposition principleled to completely different G. W. F. Hegel and K. Marx interpretation perspective of social relations.
